We want to make employment with us as simple as possible. Because of that we don't have an application form to complete. All those little boxes and minimum space to tell your story is a waste of time. We don't use auto-respond emails in an attempt to make candidates feel like we care. Instead, we field your contact with us through real live phone conversations, emails and text. In other words, we want to keep this a very human process.   2. Look through the "Opportunities" list. If an opportunity begins with "HIRING NOW" it means that position is open right now and we are hiring for that position right now. If an opportunity begins with "RECRUITING CANDIDATES" it means this is a position we see an opening for in the near future. Because we are a rapidly growing company, that often means the very near future. And when hiring, we always begin with applicants that have previously applied.

OPPORTUNITIES

HIRING NOW! SUPERVISOR - JANITORIAL SERVICES
This is a full time, permanent year round career opportunity. 

Responsibilities: This position provides daily leadership to operations of Janitorial Services including: scheduling, quality management, selection and development of Cleaning Technicians, supply and equipment ordering, some cleaning assignments, and customer relationship development.

Competencies: Excellent communication skills on the phone, in person and in writing; comfortable using a computer, solution development in a team environment to complex challenges, professional appearance and behavior equivalent to the situation, employee coaching, task prioritization based on major business objectives, varsity team player.

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum High School diploma, some post high school education preferred. Supervision and leadership experience required. Professional experience in the janitorial industry preferred. Valid driver license and reliable transportation. Proven track record in sales, marketing, and business systems development is a plus.

Compensation: Decent wage and some benefits. Opportunity to live in and make a decent living in a place that most people only wish they could. Will consider relocation expenses as part of hiring agreement.

HIRING NOW - Cleaning Technician - Janitorial
Options include full and part time, year round, permanent

Responsibilities: Performs daily/nightly cleaning tasks as specified by customer in homes and offices including cleaning toilets, sweeping, dusting, moping, etc. Emphasis on outstanding customer relationships, especially in homes, and high quality work over the long haul.

Competencies: 
Though understanding of the difference between being fast vs. hurrying in your work.  Good communication skills in person and in writing. Able to implement detailed cleaning plans specific to each work site. Able to judge necessary deviation fro that work plan when it is in the best interest of the customer and the company. Self directed yet able to work in a team.

Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent. Drivers license. English speaking and writing. Reliable transportation. 

Compensation: Competitive hourly wage for the industry in this job class. All benefits offered in the company are offered to full and part time employees.

HIRING NOW - Project Services Technicians
Options include full and part time, seasonal and year round.

Responsibilities: Work in small teams to provide the following services: carpet cleaning, window washing, hard floor surface cleaning, power washing, oriental rug washing, post construction cleaning, and building restoration. Most of the work happens during the day. Some evenings and some weekends. 

Competencies: Good communication skills in person and in writing. Able to implement detailed cleaning plans specific to each job site on 2 to 4 job sites per day. Moderately skilled with tools. Able to keep up physically because this is pretty physical work. Understanding and execution of customer service strategies. Comfortable in team environment that necessitates daily interaction with customers that have very high expectations.

Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent. Drivers license. English speaking and writing. Reliable transportation. Some experience in building trades of tasks listed under responsibilities is preferred.

Compensation: Competitive hourly wage plus performance based commission on gross sales. All benefits offered in the company are offered to full and part time employees.

HIRING NOW! - HOME CLEANING TECHNICIANS
Options include full and part time, seasonal and year round.

Responsibilities: Performs general cleaning of homes including vacuuming, dusting, detailing bathrooms, moping, etc. Develop close relationship owners and occupants if cleaning occurs in occupied home. Emphasis on outstanding customer relationships and high quality work over the long haul.

Competencies: Though understanding of the difference between being fast vs. hurrying in your work. Good communication skills in person and in writing. Able to learn the nuanced preferences of customers and adjust plan accordingly. Discrete and confidential when talking about your work outside of the business to protect the privacy of customers. Attentive to opportunities for expanded services such as window washing and carpet cleaning

Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent. Drivers license. English speaking and writing. Reliable transportation. 

Compensation: Competitive hourly wage for the industry in this job class. All benefits offered in the company are offered to full and part time employees.
